When I shave around my bikini area, it gets really irritated and Ive been doing it for somany years that it seems to have all these dark spots all over. is there an easier way to shave that part?

Also my legs,
 
they never shave clean, it seems like i can still see the follicle after I shave and its kind of embarassing. So should I try veet rasera? Or even waxing?

Around your bikini area, or even your legs, you might have in-grown hairs. They can become infected. Try shaving downwards first, then catch anything you missed by shaving upwards. You might want to get a new razor, also, because an old razor can sometimes cause irritation.
 
If you still can't stop it, try waxing. I've never done it, so I wouldn't know how it works.
