I want to go with a totally different hair color for this Fall and Winter.
I watched this Show on AE and got inspired by one of the cast members(Flipping Houses San Antonio).
Does anybody know what colors I should order if I want a Bohyme install or on how to color my darkblonde hair to match this color below.
Every suggestion is much appreciated Hug

looks to me like 33/30 - something like that depending on how red you want it?

I liked that color on her too, I think she had black hair at first. It's a dark auburn I believe. Sherrie would know.

Yes, the color looks great on her. I might be wrong, but it seems that she might has a couple of extensions in herself. But then again, she used to be a hairstylist and could just be blessed with this great hair, so she probably is an expert in  making her hair  look this shiny and volumnious with just hairspray and a blowdryer.

That is so pretty. On Bohyme's color ring I would say either a #33 or #35. The #33 is a dark auburn and the #35 has more burgandy.

Chelsea on the Disney show That's So Raven has a pretty auburn color too. I don't know if the show still comes on but I'm sure you could google the pics.
It's the color I want but in the darkest auburn possible. I think I'll start of with streaks first to see how it looks.
Sherrie I wear fusion and don't need much for streaks. Do you sell single wefts in those colors?

Thats a beautiful color for certain but I wonder how hard it will be to maintain? I know reds can be difficult as they are prone to fading quicker than other colors. If you are doing extensions, synthetic would stay that color forever which is a plus. Otherwise you might have to dye like once a month to keep it up.

She probably does have a great hair routine. Does the show have a blog? Someone may have asked if she has extensions but don't you do itLOL. We'll have to do a little investigation of our ownWink.
Don't forget to post your question about dying your hair over in hair color too.

I would guess that she does wear extensions. Just because look at the crown. Its kind of overly poofy. That can be a give away but not always. Maybe she just has a boat load of hair. Some people are blessed. I hate them! Just kidding. Her hair is really nice either way.

Thanks guys, this gives me an idea on what colors to select. Smile

MS.Honey, I agree, I wouldn't want to ask her if she wears extensions or what color her stylist is using on her. She might  think that I'm some crazy fan or something...screwloose
Oh yes,  I totally forgot that HB also has a color forum.

Krimsa, dealing with extensions as much as we do here does make you forget that some people simply have really great hair naturallyLOL. I hate them tooLOLLOL
I wouldn't trade any of my great attributes for it though. I'd rather keep my good parts and stick some good hair on my head and go about my businessTongue

True thats one way to look at it. I got a nice set of knockers if I do say so myself and they are natural hahah. So fake hair is less dangerous and expensive anyway hehehe. Everyone has their good points.

red is the hardest color to keep in hair and surprisingly the hardest to get out!
that color is like a level 6 red- like a 6R
it also depends what color your hair is to start as to how it would come out.
i read your blonde, so that should be pretty easy- the color must be applied real evenly and let it stay on the full time to deposit- like min 45 mins.
you wouldnt need any more then 20 vol developer.
for shampoos, i would use pureology to keep it red or
matrix has a great color shampoo and condtioner, it comes in red, you can use that a few times a week to keep the color from fading too much,
you will need to retouch your roots like every 6-8 weeks, on the ends you can after the first time need to put a semi permanent color to refresh it without damaging it,
good luck

What is the deal with the red fading so much? Its why i have always steered clear of it even though it is very pretty. I only did a kind of unatural looking burgundy once over my natural dark brown hair and it kind of showed up in the sun but washed out quick.
