i used that natural instincts like 2 days ago to go over a light brown kinda color (ugly as hell ) anyway i did this yesterday then today i washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and just about all the stuff has washed out of my hair that was suppoed to last like 28 shampoos. not sure what happened .I'm screwed i guess until my hair grows out .oh i hate the idea .I've run out of ideas and i don't want to put any more chemmys on my head .It would probably burst into flames if i did .(i used a dark color over the light brown ) Anyone have any ideas what i can do to darkin up my hair so it blends with my own color as it grows until i can get enough growth to cut all the yuck off ?Mind you i only have an inch and a half of hair as it is .

hi chicklet....i wonder if a demi would cause flames to shoot out? they are usually 2-3% peroxide.....you might try to get ahold of some shades eq off the internet or if you know someone who can get it for you at the pro store. you would need to get whatever color you would want and cut it with the clear gloss....i put it on full strength a couple of times and boy, was my hair dark. the processing solution is 2% peroxide. when you put it on, don't wash your hair for at least 3 days. if you can't get any shades eq (made by redken) there are alot of demi's out there. good luck.

chicklet, when i mentioned the shades eq, which really does stay in the hair you want to cut it with the clear 000...i know i said that in the last post but if you let me know what kind of color you are going to do, i have the education guide for shades and can tell you the ratio of deposit you want.. does this make sense?

are you still with us chicklet? or did the bad color and the fire on your head do you in? their is this stuff at sally's that i forgot to tell you about....it is called filler....you can get a colored (in fact they have brown) filler that is used in tint backs and they are easy on the hair...THAT is what you should do!!!! didn't think of it earlier.
