 I just happened to take this picture the other day. I had no clue that my hair had broken off so much on one side. I wrap my hair at night and I haven't used heat in a very long time. Does anyone have any idea what could cause something like this? |

Was there ever any heat damage done to the back of your hair? This very same thing happened to me from a bad stylist. 
I ended up doing moisturizing treatments and Aphroghee treatments to nurse my hair back to health. I also stayed away from all forms of heat.Posted By: kathyblack

It may be because you wrap your hair too often. Wrapping your hair for a long period causes the hair to thin out, especially on the side you start wrapping .
