Go into post reply at the top of the site - not the one on the bottom. Once you click in there you will see a little square with a tree in it. Click on that.
 You will then have a pop-up window with Image URL:
If you find a picture - let's say on a website that you want to post. Right click and scroll down to "properties". Copy and past that http:/ and your on your way. Just make sure that you delete the http:/ that will show up in the image URL or you will have double http:/.
For example: I wanted to post a picture of Johnny Depp. I right clicked on properties and got this:
http://www.thehairstyler.com/images/hairstyles/celebritym_hairstyle_389.jpg - http://www.thehairstyler.com/images/hairstyles/celebritym_hairstyle_389.jpg
Do you see how it already has the http:/ in front? This is why you want to delete it when it shows up in the pop-up.
Once you are in this window you can also upload an image from your own computer's file.
Hope this helps - I know it sounds really confusing.
