You should really go back and have them bleach a little longer. Let them know you want the highlights LIGHT GOLDEN BLONDE, bring a picture.  She just didn't bleach long enough.  They should do it for no CHARGE!

Good luck and I hope this helps.

It sounds like not only did they maybe not go long enough, they might have been using the wrong product.  If you sat there for 2 hours, that's assuming you had the stuff on your head for at least half that time, there's an equal chance they either didn't use a high enough volume developer to lift very much, or they should have used something with a blue base to counter the orange that comes out, (even on us dark blondes), and maybe they didn't.  They should fix it for free because no matter which it was, they weren't done with the job.

That totally sucks, I would call and speak to the owner.  These salons have all lost their mind.  THey need to go back to BEAUTY SCHOOL!

I would have cussed that hairdresser out if they treated me like that! They r suppose to fix your hair if it's not done the way u wanted it.Good thing it wasn't my hair she was doing.

In our salon, we always have a second to make sure we are always on top of our game.. That is so not right.. Take plenty of pictures and show people what that salon has done...

Hello

my hair was a mess too, for about a month or so i dyed it constantly, I dyed my hair so many different shades that for some reason I got the shade i wanted!  and afterwards my hair needed shine and I bought a product called  CLAIROL RADIANCE! my goodness this is so wonderful i used the clear shine and my hair looks in better condition than it did before i went on this hair dying frenzy, shiny and strong! i can't say enough good things about radiance, its wonderful!

anyway they have a lot of  nice shades too here is the website

and also the reviews form many other people. I understand you have to use a shade lighter than yours since it is a deposit only color...but it's SUPER!
