It is so hard to find a color that will show on black hair
I'm of Italian decent and I'm trying to go to Zac efron hair color in high school musical 2 the movie

You should go to a salon, they can do that way easier than you doing it yourself.  To answer your question, yes the black pigment has to be lifted a little with hair bleach, which if not overdone will probably make it dark orange...the salon would come in handy there because they can get the timing just right and you wouldn't have to bother with it, then they'd have to dye over that with an ash brown dye that has a green base (to counter the redness of it).

why do u not suggest box dye salon are so much money 40$ just to get it done when  can buy box dye for 14$ and problemly have the same look

Because its just easier, chemicals are complicated.  In this case you probably can get boxed dye and have it work okay.  You will have reddish hair after lightening and need a green base to put over it.  You can't tell what base is in drugstore dyes because they don't write it on the box.  However, brown dyes that are called "ash" often do have a green base, so in this case you will probably have a pretty good chance of buying something that will counter the orange, as long as you get "light ash" brown.  You should test strand it though, because if it turns out that it doesn't have a green base, your hair will stay red and not go brown like you wanted.
