i have short hair and i realized its going to take a very long time for it to grow but is there anything i can do to make it longer quicker. im open for all advice, i mean ALL advice long as its positive. and while im growing it what kind of styles can i do to my hair once it gets kind of long but not long enough for what i want. i want braids but hanging down my hair not dredz. yeah i know this is a wave forum but this is the only active forum on this site. so i felt that it would be better to look for advice hear. ------------- |

you can rock a fro, braids and curlz but comb your hair out backwards to see what your real length is

The best way to grow your hair is to only wash it once a week or every two weeks because dirty hair grows faster than clean hair. And throw a little (dime size) amount of carrot creme or pink lotion in your hair to promote healthy growth without making the hair too greasy. -------------

yo sorry for the confusion but all im tring to do is keep my waves but i want to grow my hair out so i can do something different thats it but i dont want to have to comb everything backwards because i have a defined wave pattern. my goal is to my hair braided but not into my head hanging from my head. and all i want is tips to grow my hair and anything else i need to know before i grow it out. and again sorry for the confusion ------------- |

That's what happens when you get ya hair braided. It gets wavey because of how you braid hair. You will not have 360 waves after braiding ya hair. Its either 360 waves or growin ya hair out to get braids. ------------- |

I been knew sulfur 8 can speed hair growth I use it and also you probably will lose your waves if you braid your hair

not that much but you see progress but it helps keep a healthy scalp I have dandruff and now I think it's cured thanks to sulfar 8 and brushing
