i used colorfix on my hair, then the neutral protein filler, now its time to color. do i put color on my roots first or ends? my roots are a lighter orange. oh and can the neutral protein filler damage your hair if left on for an hr.?

i would follow directions on the protein filler....you can over protinate....as for applying the color they reccomend to do 1 inch from your roots first then your roots and then if your hair is porous to put it through your ends for like anywhere from 5-15 minutes....do strand test to see how your hair absorbs the color...that is the best way to keep disaster away....trust me in this.  good luck.
