Hi there!
About 2 months ago, I started taking GNC Ultranourishair and about 2-3 weeks after, my face started breaking out. I never had anything like this happened before. I am just wondering now, if it is from the supplements.
If any of you are taking GNC Ultranourishair, let me know what your experience is like. I need to know if I should stop or change supplements. Any suggestions would be helpful too, as far as which supplement I can take instead. Thanks!

Hi CrazyGirl,
Did the breakouts clear up after you stopped using the UltraNourisHair? (I'm guessing so.) Sorry to hear it didn't work for you, and good for you for giving it up. I'm using it with no adverse effects. In fact, I started using it because another Nature's Plus brand version increased my level of breakouts. I attributed it to the iodine (the UltraNourisHair has none).
Maybe you'll want to shop at different stores for supplements that have the specific ingredients in them that you're looking for...?
Anyway, I hope you find something that works for you.

I read that MSM causes breakouts and that skin usually adjusts after a few months. So maybe it's worth sticking with it another month to see if it gets better?
I've been taking Ultra NourisHair for almost a month, and I haven't had any problems.

I stopped taking it last week. I am still waiting to see if it clears up. I am hoping that it will, then I will know that it is the cause. If not, then I will continue taking it. Hopefully, it will clear up on it's own. The weird thing is that the breakout isn't all over the face. Just the forehead. Thanks for replying!

Hmm. That is strange. I used to break out on my forehead when I had bangs. You didn't just get your bangs cut short about the same time you started taking Ultra Nourishair, did you?
