Hi, When I use a curling iron on my hair, the curls fall out after about an hour, how can I keep them longer (without perming) ?

If your curling iron has a steam feature, try using that. I find that steaming the curls makes them last longer.
If not, try spraying your hair with a little setting lotion before you use the curling iron. You might try the kind you use with hot rollers first - it is light, won`t weigh you hair down, and should help lock in the curl a bit better.
Finally, try using smaller sections with a bit more tension.

Remember - some hair just won`t hold a curl despite best efforts.
Also - you might want to check with the curly groups around and see what folks with curls do to keep them.
