hi, i got 3 braids put into my hair at the swimming pool on my vacation, she said they will last two months, how will i know when they are kaput, will the beads start coming off, or is it that just two months is when i should unbraid them? thank you very much :) Ann

As your hair grows, the braids will loosen up. Two months will yield about 1/2 an inch of growth and they will be pretty loose by then. They should be taken out and then rebraided, if you like.
Be careful not to braid too tight as it can cause severe breakage. When you take the braids out, inspect your hair for any damage and condition as needed.
