Hey everyone, I'm new and excited to be here, My friend and I who are both cosmotologists have been playing around with hair extensions for awhile now, I am wearing 22 inch 613 color mixed with some 14b, and I do like the hair, it combs through really well, but some times my hair gets a little tangled with it, I don't know if maybe it something to do with the hair texture, but anyway while I'm rambling, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on a place where I could find some good quality hair extensions in a light blond u shaped tip? I usually stick to Indian hair, but I think I might try the russian, any help or suggestions would be great! Thankx , and I can't wait to get to know u all!!

Welcome! Some tangling is normal; a lot of tangling suggests that the quality of the hair may be poor or the hair is beginning to degrade. Silicone serums and sprays can help stave off the tangling for a bit, as the silicone will coat the hair and minimize the snagging. What type of hair is it that you used? Is it Remy? A particular brand? As for u-tip blonde that is high quality... a little hard to find at a good price. Tease hair is getting mixed reviews, some people like it, some have been disappointed. It is reasonably priced and the customer service is good. You can find it here: www.yourhairshop.com - www.yourhairshop.com Bohyme makes tips. They are expensive. Bohyme is a very high quality hair, however. You can find a reasonable price for Bohyme tips here: http://www.superhairfactory.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=110&zenid=7f5d33436e195551a5a3a057cf3bfe4b - http://www.superhairfactory.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=110&zenid=7f5d33436e195551a5a3a057cf3bfe4b Or here: http://ebonyline.com/aunlk-boglue.html - http://ebonyline.com/aunlk-boglue.html Both of those companies have great customer service. Those are all of the suggestions I have right now; I am sure some of the other members here may have more suggestions for you.

Thankx for the info, I will check it out, I was thinking about trying the Tease, as I did get a sample of it. I'm wearing now remy indian hair, I'm not sure what brand, I got it at http://www.notjustwigs.com - www.notjustwigs.com It's does not tangle at the ends at all and is super shiny, even with washing everyday, because of going to the gym. It just tangle where the ends of my natural hair are mostly underneath, but I bet it is just because my hair tangles easy. I'll have to post pictures!

i get some tangling too and I'm wearing virgin russian. It seems like you and I get them in the same place. Mine are right in the back, underneath. I started using Bonacures Sealed Ends and it helps my hair alot. I think I get the little tangles because a while back I did a color stripping that used bleach and it did really impact the quality of my natural hair. I don't get tangles anywhere else...

Does anyone know, what kind of hair the tease extensions are? Meaning Indian, asian?

Saralee- Tease hair is an Asian Remy blend. It is not specifically Chinese but a blend of Asian ethnicities. Unless you're buying a virgin ponytail, packs of hair are almost always a blend of hair gathered from 2, 3, or possibly multiple donors. This is what I've been told from many companies so I believe it and am passing it along as what I have heard from multiple manufacturers.
Oh, and by the way, I was told directly by the Bohyme US distributor that Bohyme hair is also a 'blend of Asian ethnicities'. I was told that they buy what ever hair is of the best quality available and blend it all together. I was told their blend also consists of Chinese hair. Bohyme hair is great and its durable enough to use the same hair for multiple installs. I can usually wear the same wefts for around 6 months before I'l want to by new hair. In my opinion, Bohyme has done a great job wit their processing techniques and I'd love to learn their techniques ; )
