Does anyone believe in terminal hair length? There's an equation that's supposed to determine your maximum length:

Hair count Black hair: 120000
Hair growth per mth: .5 inch
Shedding per day: 25

Formula:   (.5)(120000)/(30)(25)

My terminal length is 80
What's yours?

Tie up my sleeves with ribbons rare,
And lace my bodice blue.

Well how do you figure how much hair you shed per day to get that number?

I'm not sure how much I shed, my hair is maintainly in styles that I redo once a week or every 2 weeks.

But to answer your question...I'm not exactly sure I believe in terminal length.   I use to think, before getting the knowledge that I have now, that my hair was at its terminal length. This belief came about, based on the women in my family and their hair. Now I know that is not true. Their hair practices are different than mine, thus resulting in more hair longer and thicker hair then them. So, I can't really answer if there is a terminal length because it's obvious that I have never seen it.

Well you would either estimate anywhere between 20-100 hairs or you would count each hair that had a white bulb at the end that fell out. With that number you would just plug it into the formula.
I for one really believe anyone can achieve long hair, science cant prove everything. On the other hand I do like numbers and like to know, estimate wise my potential.
In my family some have hair and some dont so I'm going to prove to myself that only my hair matters, not my cousin who has long hair than me, sigh!!

Sorry about my ranting, but the formula is mainly there for those who like to count :p
