It all began one dreary day. Dreary of course not meaning how it was outside but rather the somber mood of the day. I had my haircut by the local barbersmith. My bumps that I had taken forever to cultivate on my hair (I think I shall call them waves) were gone. Knocked off as if by a kamehameha
or rather some sort of kamikazi. Strange the words of the those from the orient. Any who I have since been on a journey both physical and mental. I have been trying to find a product for my hair that works well and will be my oft relied upon old faithful of products while at the same time attempting to regain my passion for my hair. I fear I may be going on a quest into the dark diluted deep salty wale cum tasting water of the bottom of the Atlantic floor. Poppyc*cks.

I have experimented with several products since the begging of this week on Monday. It has been a long and tireless process but my results are as follows.

Firstly Softee Indian Hemp
While producing nice shine without giving off the look of a greasy disco ball I must say it did very well aside from one major thing. It left me with pimples. These weren't there at the beginning of the day but appeared sometime in the middle of the day. Overall it lived up to the house but it left me with broken out skin so is that a trade I'm willing to take. Absolutely not. Not for me

Next up is Hollywood Beauty Carrot Creme

I've used before when I was first starting out but I'm a different person now. Thoughts? It was nice. The smell wasn't overt but it was not pleasing to the nose but then again it was not displeasing either. Rather it smelled weird. It made my hair somewhat soft. A little greasy but it did the job and so I have to say this is definitely in the top 3 products section.

Now is Hollywood Beauty Olive Creme

This is my steez. It possessed all the performance enhancing properties of the above product with a much nicer or pleasing smell. It was also less thick. All in all this is top 3 in my book. Possibly numero uno.

Pink Lotion

Being a liquid it spread very easy. I use this but I will keep this short by simply saying its not something I use outside of the shower.

Blue Magic

No. Way to greasy and way too much shine. Not my steez.

That is all. One thing I want to go over really quickly is with hair I believe shine should be like makeup on females. Just enough to look like you are just barely wearing any. I'm not looking for a large greasy shine but rather a soft just barely more than natural shine. Dig?

*Note* Blue Magic is not for waves I used that shcit ages ago when I had braids I used to put it on whatever part of my scalp was exposed so that my scalp wouldn't flake up and dry up.

Nice thread skrilla, I think you tried the wrong Indian Hemp though fam

This right here generates hate among other non-wavers in a 10mile radious I kid you not. And if you add Ice Pomade to it girls are on their knees almost instinctively LOL

Had to update. I had a little can of Murrays Super Light laying around and I decided to pull it out and use it.

Murray's Superlight

Pulled some out and it was silky. Applied to my hair and it spread pretty easy. Brushed in in a few strokes and ragged up. A little tough to get off my hands (I use girl soap.
EmbarrassedLeaves the hands nice and smooth.Embarrassed ) So when I un ragged it my hair had a nice shine and it was held down. Fine all in all I think I might start using Pomade again.

360 Style Pomade

Just bought a can. Said something about a new formula and I gotta say its weird. Was real soft unlike most pomades. Spread with the quickness and not too heavy. Held my hair down and didn't sweat out in Gym today. All in all Skrilla is using Pomade again.
