I had to do it. I've gotten quite a few PMs so I figured why not. Firstly lets start with the shower. I don't really shower brush that much with school and all.

Products
Olive Cream
Olive Cholesterol
1 Med. Brush
1 Soft Brush
1 Hard Brush

Brushing
I brush about 1 hour a day on average. Some people brush less, some more but its a known fact the more you brush the quicker you wave up. So for every person who brushes ten minutes a day if they brushed 100 minutes they'd most likely see more progress brushing the latter than the former. I usually dry brush which means to brush with dry hair. Not meaning dry as in actually dry like barren but dry as in no water or anything wet in it. If you want to brush more more power to you but thats usually all I can get in.

Shower
I condition my hair every day and shampoo on Monday and Friday. When I shampoo I also do a modified Jamaicakid85 Pink Lotion Bomb.

DURAGING
I don't normally durag alot unless I'm at home all day. I don't like the way I look with durag on so I do it as little as possible. I normally King Cash when I durag.

PS: Don't go outside wearing it like this...you'll look crazy lol. what you can do is tie the du rag like you'd usually do but looser than nomal. then put the wave cap on top of it

FIRST YOU PUT THE DU RAG ON AND LET IT HANG

And that's it...just make sure that you spend sometime brushing the back bottom section of your head to get it to wave up

However when I have alot of trouble laying my hair down or I forget to durag the night before I use two wave caps on top of my durag.

Through Out The Day
Through out the day I generally just brush when I can. If I get bored in class I usually pull out the brush and just go at it until I get tired of brushing. By the end of the day I've usually brushed about an hours worth. I don't normally reapply products to my hair or anything. At the end of the day when I go to sleep I rag it up and start over.

Product Application
When I apply products I apply it WTG or with the grain and brush it a few strokes to work it in then I King Cash or just plain old durag it for a while. I make sure my head is wet so the product will spread through easily. Normally I apply product right after I get out of the shower.

Face
My face is very important to me so after I apply product I wash my face with a cleanser then moisturize. I do thsi 3 times a day to help avoid pimples.
