Hey, dont any you guys have photos of you that were not meant to be wave photos, but your waves are clearly noticeable? POST EM UP HERE. People generally do not show their faces because employers can look on here. like ldizl shows alcohol and christian shows partying, jobs can view people as being wild and crazy. Also when you delete pics from the net they are still there. Bankboi's waves is smackin at the rate of his development he's going to be in the top 10 in no time. And I live in Salem,Massachusetts so I have an excuse for bangin on so many white girls there ain't much diversity over here. And I can't see your pics @ Christian maybe it's because I'm on my work computer and your pics might be uploaded from myspace or something I'll check it out later though. -------------

So that means it comes up as a red x from my location at work because you can't look at myspace on government computers(banned), so I will have to view it from my laptop when I get home. -------------

ACTUALLY jobs have a right to view info about you online. Your right being on a wave site is not bad. But you are supposed to be working or doing stuff that is work related. I just don't want you to get caught up, there is too many “tool bags” in the service. There are REAL haters that don't know like you, whether it is because of your hair or skin complexion. As for you Christian, look at your pics. If I were your future employer I would view you as a typical college student, which is bad. It is nothing wrong with your pics; just do not post anything you will be ashamed about in the future. This professor told me, "The time of forgetting is forgotten". Which means the silly mistakes your parents made is forgotten, but since we post “our mistakes” online it will always be there. At some jobs, employers hire people to just look for info about you online. But I'm like the Westside man I'm connected. Work here is scarce except for Septembers as a matter of fact I just woke up from a nap like 15 minutes ago, it's like office space over here and I have my own cubicle the only thing I normally do throughout the day is work on my advancement stuff, and I have a few collatorals that I volunteered for so I go above and beyond my own duties so it would be insane for anybody to even call me a "toolbag" when I was out in Cali I had to grind hard as hell went through alot of adversity, people hatin, I had to work hard to get it this easy life is good for me the easiest job ever it's boring but hey work smarter not harder ya figadeal me. -------------

... ok I get your point Gristyle I GUESS, but once again, the photos I reveal show ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AN EMPLOYER could hold against me or dislike. 1st is me doing a goofy pose, something that could even end up in a photo on my desk at work. the next, im at dinner with my aunt tryin to figure out the tip on a cellphone.. now the last one is the only 1 i could see an argument but as you can see it is just a get together. now if there was photos of me drinking and its known im only 18 thatd be a dif story

you definitely need to do some research. People have lost their jobs and not gottened hired because of that. It is also a big problem in the military.
