I have still not recieved a refund from ebonyline.com. I'm sick of this! This is the email I wrote them....

Hello,
I am still waiting for my refund on two bad batches of Bohyme 22" hair. I have been waiting for over a month to recieve $236.00. I sent back the hair well over a month ago and I know you recieved it because I had confirmation. This is a lot of money and I need it back! I was told by email to send all the hair back for a full refund. This hair was knotty and disgusting, nothing like Bohyme should be.
This is my second email and I'm sick of this. If I don't get a response soon I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau. I will also hire a lawyer to sue your company. I did what I was suppose to do and now it's your turn. I have given you more than enough time to credit my account.
The order was placed under the name Phyllis Talamo. The refund should go back on the master card.

Does anyone know what else I can do? All in all, I really can't hire a lawyer. I don't have money for that but I thought maybe it would scare them.

If you paid with a credit card then you should just dispute the charge.
Yeah, the hiring a lawyer thing might have been a little over the top but I'm sure you scared them!Thumbs%20Up

Good idea. Do you know if the time frame matters? I paid with a debit/credit card so I should just call the bank? Thanks malibu!

It hasn't been that long in terms of a statute of limitations. Do you have a receipt from the post office? You said you have a confirm number that shows it was delivered right? I'm sure ebonyline will refund the money, especially if you set up a dispute with your debit/credit card.

Melissa - are you EVer going to stop this craziness, and get a job and pay for things like regular people?

Another? I wonder whether your credit card companies and the freight carriers are aware of the awful luck you've had. Disasterbarbie, you really need to shop at B&M stores.

Oh, wait! Didn't you do that at Barney's?

You could try calling their 800 number.  Have you done that?

I'm surprised, because I got a very quick refund for some out-dated product they sent me.  They didn't even make me mail it back, but in my case, it was only about $5.

Yeah, but are you a scammer? The OP is!

Is this another refund you received and kept the item?

If youre referring to disasterbarbie, AKA Melissa Talamo and/or her mother, Phyllis Talamo, yes, they are still on the loose continuing to file chargebacks for items they bought, received and claimed not to have received and scamming sellers for $4K and more.
