and i waz wonder since im not moserizer if it will have a negative affect on my hair

Yea a *moisturizer* is a good bet...you may not even need pomade now. Post some pics of yours waves when you get to it.

Pomade is cool. You don't need a moisturizer unless your hair gets really dry and flaky. Don't let these guys personal preferences change what products you use.
