I need a lil bit of help. I'm relatively skinny but I got a few extra pounds that need to go. My brother keep tellin me I'm gonna get skinnier as I grow but I wanna lose at least 3-5 pounds. I especially wanna focus on the body parts in the topic. I really don't have access to a gym or weights and I want to stay skinny but get fit. Any tips?

Theres no such thing as spot weight loss. Go check out the movement thread which is stickied. Lots of info in there and people will elap out of there way to help.

ya someone i know asked the exact same question and they response they got was to start running or jogging everyday.

you loss and gain strength as you get older so just excercise a lot and it healthy
