yeah u should wash yo hair before a cut because it just makes things a lot easier for the barber and it gives u a better cut.

I wash my hair before a cut and add a small amount of cc so my hair isn't dried out afterwards. -------------

It should not matter, if your going to wash your hair afterwords. What I do is wash my hair two days before a cut.
