          | I`ve been searching (literally) for over a year...trying to figure out what I should do with my hair! I`d like to find a style that is flattering, but easy to maintain. (Wouldn`t we all?)
Well...number one problem is I don`t know what my face shape is! My face is long, but not thin. I`d like my style to make my face look thinner. It`s not actually square. My forehead is high, so I always wear bangs. My cheeks are the same width as my forehead. My jaw is only 1/2 inch smaller (in width) than my forehead and cheeks. I guess my face shape is a combo variety. With straight flat hair - like I have now - I look rather chubby. However, I consider myself an average size woman.

I refuse to cut my hair short. I would be so depressed. I hate short hair on me. Right now, it is about 7 inches past the shoulders. I`d be willing to cut it up closer to the shoulders, especially if a long hairstyle is my problem. My hair is cut in sloppy layers that just don`t lay right. It`s fine, but I think the volume is medium. It`s pretty straight...doesn`t hold a curl easily.

Sorry if this is too much info...but please help!

          | I had very long hair for a very long time. I never wanted to cut it but I just did and I am very happy. I have a face like yours and have stick straight dark blonde hair. I now have bangs and it is blunt cut straight accross at shoulder lenght and I love it - shiny, swingy, beautiful. My long hair was straggly and dried out. I have no layers - just blunt and the good thing is it looks healhty and if I want to grow it out - no problem it is all one length. Think about it. At first I was sad I did it but now - one week later - I love it!
