it appears since the NYC marathon katie has lost a few inches and her hair is more angled like posh's cut VERY SIMILAR!

US weekly, I think it was, has the 20 best make overs and she's among them. Ofcourse since she married she can afford anything. Love the hair now! |

Love it! I never thought Katie can look so elite and model-like. I like in Dawson's Creek back then but I always thought she is way too normal for Tom's Cruise

I couldn't idagree more bob.... her pre cut look was not only boring but very plain and unstylish. I think the most she ever did for her hair was wash it.
I think its great tom has such an interest Posh... and her husband david that his wife would get her hair cut........NOT!... SEEMS WAY Weird to me... even though the new cut looks great on her!

Katie Holmes rocked with long hair. She was so suited for it.
Maybe it's because she had it for so long or because I liked her with long hair, but this new look seems forced; like we're being forced to look at it and like it. I don't.

Maybe its written in TOM's version of the scientology guide that his wife needs to be transformed over time. And who better to transform into than VB, his next door neighbor....sounds VERY creepy. I seriously hope that TOM is not saying "hey honey, VB's look is happen'n. You should go and get her haircut so i can fantisize about her with you. While your gone, i told Iceman and Goose to come over and play some volleyball!"

Amen, Trekgod! Maybe not a grounder into a triple play, but a foulout to the catcher, perhaps? There was one photo I saw about 3 or 4 weeks ago when I thought she had it nicely styled. One in many months. Bangs are too thick now, and her sides have the helmet effect. You can hardly notice her cute face.  Best, Bob

To those of you like me, who prefer longhaired Katie Holmes to any of the short styles she's worn of late, you might want to check out her new movie, "Mad Money," which was made before she had her hair cut.
Here is a link to some stills in the movie, followed by a couple of the stills. I've seen some clips from the film and her hair looks better in the movie than it does in most of the stills.

They always use old clips of previous visits when they promo the show; on the night of the show, if you're watching CBS primetime, and they show a promo, it is usually from that night's show as it is taped at 5:00 in the evening. ------------- HAWG |

In filipm's post, it looks like a bi-level cut which are just horrible but is the below picture, it just looks like a shorter version of what she had before. It's cute.

I won't even bring up the idea that as a new mom she's gotten her hair cut shorter to simplify her life and give her more time to spend with her baby. I mean, we never even see the baby. So I'll go with the idea that husband Tom has sold her on the idea that they should go through life as twins.  ------------- Who has more fun than people? |
