IM 19 YEARS OLD AND YESTERDAY I TOLD MY MOM TO CHECK MY HAIR AND SHE NOTICE 2 WHITE HAIR ITS INSIDE THO U CANT SEE IT BUT IM STARTING TO WORRY IT WILL GROW MORE IS THIS NORMAL OR IS IT BECAUSE I DONT GET ENUFF EXCERSIZE CUZ I HAVE BEEN INACTIVE FOR HALF A YEAR NOW I HAVENT DONE ANY SPORTS SINCE I GRADUATE HIGH SKOOL SUP HELP WIOLL BE NICE TY ALOT GOD BLESS YALL IM SO PANICING NOW

Growing grey hair early in life can be heriditary just like hair loss itself. I would research your family history a bit and see if your mom, grandma or other members of your family have experienced this before. If not, it could be caused by stress. You can search online for premature grey hair and see what info you can dig up. If you're concerned about your health you need to go talk to your doctor. Otherwise if it bothers you, you can dye it. But don't use any hair dye with PPD in it. For more information on PPD, go to www.hennaforhair.com.

wat does ppd means well i dyed my hair gold like 3 times in my life the last time was bout 6 month ago then i havent dyed my hair i do have a lil stress b4 cuz i couldnt find a job and i was so piss but i jus founda job and i dont think my mom grew white hair till her mid 30s but im not that sure im jus guessing around that and my sister she is 18 she has maybe 10 white hair in her head do u think if its stress wat can i do bout it to prevent more gray hair from growing
