Hello Everyone;
I am looking for some advice about what to do with my hair at night. Is it supposed to be tied up, braided, or left loose? Everyone I have spoken to has said something different. Any further advise would be appreciative.
Thanks Ladies

In my opinion, if your hair is long it`s best to keep it in a not so tight braid; having it tied up will put too much stress on your scalp and sleeping with it loose will just make you wake up to a tangled mess, if your move alot when you sleep

Yeah, if you have really long hair braid it, and if you have shorter hair leave it loose. Just don`t tie it up, like Rita said it will put too much stress on your scalp, and can bend your hair.

I agree that if your hair is long enough to braid, braid it loosely at night.
I personally either braid my hair or pull it back with a soft scrunchie at night. If I don`t, I have a tangled mess in the morning.
Braiding too tight will cause hair to break, so be careful.
