I think that is a fabulous style and will suit Kim very much. If it's Perfections it's hard to say, but it comes pretty close 
I get the feeling Kim has changed her mind about going supershort and wants to grow it longer again?
How long is her hair at the moment? Plus if she says yes when are you thinking of cutting it? Soon or maybe just before Christmas? You could always say it could be part of her Christmas present to you. She might let you pick any style if it's a present for Christmas. We can only hope

LoveBobs, My wife went for that cut about 8 months ago an she LOVED it. She loved how the back was short and she didnt have to do much to it, but the length in the front was long enough that when she looked in the mirror, she saw long hair (strange, I know, but she was happy). She liked the length in the front b/c she thought that short sides would make her look like a boy (not the case). Tell Kim that it also knocks down on her "get ready" time significnatly! My only regret is that the last time it was cut, her stylist did not cut the back as short as he did the first time

Remember Christmas is coming up, maybe she will get that cut you have been wanting her to get for the last couple of months (the girl in the black dress). If not i'm sure she'll have it trimmed before Xmas so it can always be "tidied up" at the back

Well I hope everyone had a great Turkey Day!
Snip, while we were in my home town, we saw some very attractive cuts, including a lady that had the EXACT cut like the lady in the black dress. My wife thought that it looked "great on that lady" but that it would look too short for her. Not sure how that works, but ok? There was another lady who had hair cut very similar to the lady in black, but the sides and back were longer, and the bangs in the front were longer also. It looked awesome and the lady was in her mid 50's. It made her look very hip and edgy! THAT IS NOT TO SAY THAT LADIES IN THEIR 50'S DONT LOOK YOUNG UNLESS THEY HAVE SHORT HAIR. My wife saw her only breifly on the way out of a store, I wish she could have gotten a better look b/c if she liked it, it would be very similar to the black dress girl, only a bit longer!
Oh well, only time can tell!
