OK, on July 17 th I`m getting my haircut, I have loads of splits ! I haven`t had it trimmed in over 1 year ! So it will be like shoulder length.
I`m going on vacation on July 18th and I am planning to keep it healthy so here`s what I`m doing...
* protect it from the sun
* get trimmed every 8 weeks
* no coloring
* take vitamins
Is there anything else please ?

If you`re prone to dryness, don`t wash your hair every day if you can help it, and use conditioner. Avoid heat styling if at all possible and be gentle when brushing...never on wet hair. I hope you enjoy your hair cut and vacation! :-)
