I just purchased the rave-reviewed John Frieda Full-Blown Blonde Volumizing Spray.  My question is . . . how much of it should I use?  Is it one of those "spray it all over (roots and strands)" products, or more of a "spray it just at your roots" thing?  I have long, semi-fine hair.
