I had my hair twisted and was not satisfied becuase the person was inexperienced... So if you know any locticians in the IE (preferably ontario, fonatan, chino hills) Or LA( preferably crenshaw, santa monice, etc) Please let me know asap and if you know the starting price that's would also be great thanks
