I`ve been told by a friend of mine, to use both of these vitamins to help the growth in my hair (and nails).
Can anyone tell me if this is worth looking into?

I checked the other post it`s Biotin and Folic Acid.
Sorry, I don`t know much a bout hair vitamins so I can`t really help, but I`m sure someone here can:D!

Yes, they do help your hair. They may not exactly speed up the growth really... but it will help in the health of your hair.
