My hair is highlighted and they have turned brassy. Can L`oreal Excellence creme color toner for highlight hair work on my whole head. The toner is T2 Beige. does this change the dark color as well as toning down the highlights? What should I do. I have a wedding on Saturday. My hair dresser cannot get me in. Replies:
