Hello All,
I'm a new here. I've had flash point exten. for about 6 months now. I had one set  that got super tangled and I had to have removed. The stylist I used charged me a  lot and may have used cheap hair because I took good care of them but they kept getting tangled.

I got another head of extensions with a great stylist and really nice hair. I had them maintained after a month and a half and now after their four month life span, I had them removed and my hair is slightly longer but SO THIN and very BROKEN!

I have fine hair and it does grow long. I want it long but I'm debating whether to put it back in hair extensions (my hair is still usable). Will it get more broken? Should I just tough it out and grow it out the natural way?

Advice, thoughts, opinions?? THANKS!

What type were your last extensions?

You poor soul. You CANNOT leave extension in longer than 8 weeks, the longest being 12. The longer you wear them the more damage you may incur. If you want your hair to grow back I would suggest a complete sew in weave. Hope that helps.

Thanky you Shirilyn. I'm finding that out now!  I'm realizing that I have had extensions in way too long and have learned the hard way! Thanks for the advice. I am going to grow my hair out.

I originally put them in because my hair stylist used the wrong hair relaxer on my hair and fryed my long hair and I had to cut it all off and I didn't want to wait for it to grow out. And here I am again! But I have nice hair once it grows so, I'm going to take my vitamins and try to get a cute cut in the mean time.

peace and love! dina

hi Ms. Honey,
I know them as Flash Point extensions - they have the metal tubes and human hair...Thank you for your input! Dina
