Sorry i had a set back, dirt flew in my hair when the wind had picked up wheni was walking down the road so i have to start all over again ------------- Have NL Goal 1:SL(goal) Goal 2:APL growth aids L-cysteine multi-vitamins olive oil,clear castor oil and glycerine for warm oil massages |

i did an avc very warm rinse yesterday and it was fantastic and then i used shea butter cholesterol plus for conditioning and after that i used unrefined coconut oil as a leave in. when i used to do shampoo and conditon the next morning my hair would be a to kinky to comb but this time it wasn't. ------------- Have NL Goal 1:SL(goal) Goal 2:APL growth aids L-cysteine multi-vitamins olive oil,clear castor oil and glycerine for warm oil massages |

| What kind of coconut oil do u use? I got some from Walmart but I don't think I got the right kind-I think it's for cooking b/c when I melted it, it smelled like shortening |

Got mine from walmart to, out of the supplement section, and it says extra virgin coconut oil in big letters with a cracked coconut in the front in a 16oz plastic white jar and it costs $9.99 or $9.96
