I see some of you out there talking about your hair in inches, how do you figure this out? since every hair comes from a different place on your head? do you start at the center part and down to the bottom? or from the longest peice of hair to the scalp wherever it meets?

I use a sewing measuring tape.I then put the one at the very front of my hairline and let it fall over the back of my head and measure to where your hair ends.It always helps to have a partner to read it for you.

This seems to be the standard for measuring long hair.

If you dont have a sewing kind you can always use a peice of thread, starting at the front hairline and letting it fall over the top of your head and down your back. And then measure that.Smile

so like start at the forehead? where your hair first starts then go over your head and let it fall to the back?
