My last 2 installs with the eurosocap hair has just shedded out of my clients' hair so badly!! I'm so bummed. One client was really ticked! She flies in from Vegas for me to do it and she called me 3 weeks after her install and was so upset. Hair shedding out everywhere! Of course, she works in a salon there and they ALL have something to say to her. I called another client and she said the same. She came in and had a bunch of bonds still attached with NO extension hair attached. So, I called the company and asked for something to be done, and, of course, NOTHING. The owner was supposed to call me back..Nothing. Do they not want to fix this to keep me as a client? Guess not. Horrible customer service. Guess it's not important to them. I just get to eat it and have to pay to get more hair to re-install for free. I told them that I would see them at the Chicago hair show and they should help me out with this before that..It would be in their best interest that I don't make a stink there, since they will be trying to get new customers there...That's how they got me as a client!
So, just wondering if others have had this problem, thanks!

Wow that is a bummer! I have heard that so cap usa is pretty good, could you call them, and doesn't the company have a rep?

I called them several times and I was supposed to get a call back to figure this out, but, no one is calling me back. They don't want to make it right. That's obvious. It really makes me mad. And, I've contacted them by email, and nothing back. If that's the case, I won't use them anymore..

Yeah Chris I would avoid using them as well, I would just use a different hair supplier all together. I thought their hair was guaranteed? I would still hound them being your going to have to make it right with your customer and give them decent hair out of your expense. Start posting on diff forums about their customer service and maybe then they will listen to you.

I am new here but found this post interesting. My first install was So.Cap and it shed like crazy. At first I thought that was normal based on the extensionist's comments. But I have had a second install (So.Cap) one week ago and have hardly had any shedding.
I wonder now if she knew it wasn't supposed to do that but thought since this was my first time with extensions I wouldn't know any better. In fact her comment was along the lines that I would notice more hair in my brush and on the floor since my hair was longer and easier to see than when it was shorter. I know it's normal to shed up to 200 hairs a day, but not from hair attached to a bond.
I was so glad to get the first ones changed as by the time the end of the period was up it was looking very thin and unattractive.
