I have wanted my hair like this for a while i just dont know how to do
it, and how long it may take. Also how to get it to look like it does
at the bottom of the hair where it seems to curl a bit? Seriously
advice or consultation, GREATLY appreciated. thanks. . |

| i think it looks horrible on most people, but maybe on you.....who knows....anyways, at my school, i've seen cuts like that, and its really just the natural wave of the hair that causes that. there's no real styling i think. unless you want to create the curve with a flat iron and like, bend it outwards. |

first of all, this usually only works on slightly wavy to slightly curly hair. if your hair is too straight or too curly, it may not work. well this is how i get my hair to do that. As soon as I am done showering, i bend forward with my head down and i rapidly shake my head side-to-side so that my hair is sort of spinning (kind of like how a dog shakes when its wet). then i towel dry my hair by pulling out sections of my hair and rubbing it with my hands. after i towel dry my hair, i stand straight up and rapidly shake my head side-to-side again until i dont hear any water coming from my head and hitting the sides of the bathtub/wall or whatever you are near. my hair is usually already curling out at the sides at this point. but if yours isnt, blow dry your hair with the blow dryer facing downwards. at the same time, use a comb/brush and brush your hair downwards and then outwards at the point where you want it to curl. i wouldnt make it curl in the front though, because it looks weird. just blowdry your hair to whichever way it naturally goes. i dont recommend this for short hair, because it makes your hair seem even shorter. i would wait until your hair is at least halfway down your ears, and at your eyebrows. hope this helps ------------- - Shae |
