Less than a month ago I had extensions for the third time. Same guy too.  Apparently they are great lengths. After the first day they were all sliding out peice by piece. 3 weeks later and majority of the hair is gone. I went back to him,  he said my hair is too healthy almost too oily to hold the extension now.  When I first got them in you couldnt ply these things out of my hair.  It is true my hair is a great deal healthier when I first got them.  Is it ok to do extensions on oily hair? 
 
Is it me and the nature of my hair now (oily) cant hold the extenstions or is it possible he is selling a cheaper product off as Great lengths?  I got a 2nd opinion, although this 2nd opinion cannot prove its not GL, he did say that it look s like he cut the pieces.
 
I had fusion with the bond that comes already attached to the hair.
 
Please help.

Did your hairdresser offer to give you money back or redo the extensions? If he is telling you your hair is "too" healthy for the extensions, then he shouldn't have put them in, right?

Anyways...I have had GL put in and they alway cut the bonds in half to make them smaller and they don't really fall out. sometimes I have lost like...10 in the first 2 weeks and they have always replaced them for free.

oh...I forgot to ask if you changed your shampoo or conditioner lately...that may have affected it too.

my hair was as healthy as can be when I had my GL, I washed and conditioned the bonds almost everyday ( which you should not do ) and they didnt start coming out until my 2nd month, Im not buying the hair is too healthy excuse.

Oh please!!! healthy hair will not make the extensions fall out or slide out, what shampoo are u using. how often are u washing, conditioning?
what is his policy on redos etc does he back his work

Im using the same shampoo I used the last time I had them - Biologe.  And trust me they were in there for life for a long time.
 
Does anyone know why this mayhave happend?  Could the keritan bond itself not be good?

Did you condition your hair right before you went in?
Leave-in hair products?

My girl washed and conditioned my hair right before my extensions and they didnt move, unless she slopped on a huge amount of conditioner and let it sit on the bonds for a real long time they shouldn't have come out in less then a month.

I think that sometimes the keratin bond can vary from batch to batch and shedding can happen.  Someone just posted a while back the the Euro So cap she was using on people started to get massive shedding for no apparent reason.
 
Keratin can be fussy, so example, if you over heat or under heat the bond when applying them  it may affect the holding power.
 
Although I am certified to do So Cap, because of the finicky nature of keratin fusion I usually don't go with that method unless the client wants me to.  
 
Anyway,  if your hair is really oily, that may cause some slippage, but probably not on the scale that you are describing.  Make sure all conditioner, detangler stays off the bond sites.
 
The guy that did your extensions should be willing to do something to remedy your situation instead of giving you a lame excuse.

If your hair is oily when the bonds are applied, yes, that makes a difference.  It's simple chemistry... like painting...if the surface is prepped and free of oil and dirt, the paint has good adhesion.  If the surface is oily/waxy it will peel right off. 

Once the extension bond is sealed it repels oil...that's why new bonds are so hard to remove.  As they deteriorate with time and become more porous, oils etc are better able to permeate.  It sounds like the bonds must have been porous to begin with...bad adhesive.
