Possibly. Does his hair curl at all. This may be one of those cases where its a no but I just need to know how long it is now and how curly it can get. If his hair is that length and doesn't curl then I'm gonna have to say no.

his hair prolly 2"-2.5" tape up cut rite now and i think his hair will turn out to be like dat dude in the pick if he grew his hair out fora couple mnths.... if the majority of yall say no den im just gonna tell him dat it aint possible to get waves wit his hair type unless he gets it curled up or sumthin but neways heres a a more proper view i told him to wear a durag while sleepe n take pic as soon as he wake up n send em to me - so his hair flat in the pics check it out: ------------- get familiar..if it dont make money it dont make sense¢
