i am wondering what everyone's favorite brand of haircolor is and what it is about it you love.....right now my favorite is redken shades eq, the colors are beautiful and it makes your hair very shiny, i have had good luck with wella color charm and ion from sally's. ------------- happy coloring |

Great question! I would love to know too. I have always used Loreal Pro colors for the blondes (when I colored my hair to cover grays). I know its not the most loved brand but it worked then. Now I am searching for the perfect red and would love to see what everyone says. ------------- Kira |

i know, i am just so curious as to what kind of haircolor people use and like....you found the loreal blondes good for grays huh? i am trying to find some color (preferably in blonde) to cover my grays....i don't have that many and would love to know what brand really works to cover grays. i just wrote you a long answer kira about the red color. i have red blonde hair and am now just wanting to color the grays and not all my hair. i appriciate you tell me about the loreal pro colors....now, do you get these at sally's? ------------- happy coloring |

Hey, yes I use to use Loreal 'only' for my hair. I am a natural dark blonde. I have / use to use the lighter blonde perm. colors yep got them at sally's (now going for red) I always used the ash family, but if you want to keep the natural red thats a big 'NO - NO' . At one time I went very light!! This pic is from 4 years ago.
 I loved the Torrids, but those are so light! I am a dark blond with very little natural red and now I want red. LOL You are very lucky to have red hair, I am so jelouse!!

hey kira....you should be a good canidate to go red.....stay with the warm based reds and you should do fine...are you thinking you might go red? and thanks for the info on the loreal..i appriciate it. ------------- happy coloring |
