Date Posted: August 25 2002 at 11:31am My poor hair! I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who, although somewhat naturally dry, had ok hair. But because I`m sweating it up now two and three times a day, it`s a tired old mess! I try not to wash it every day, but if I don`t it`s a horror to behold! Flat, limp, frizzy...ick! Furthermore, I seem to be losing a lot more than I ever have. Not a moment goes by that I`m not picking a loose hair from my head...or off my arm...or off my leg... You get the point! Aside from quitting my job, is there anything I can do to protect my hair? (It`s straight and just below shoulder length.) ------------- gwatt Replies:
