my sides n back arent progressin as fast right now and i was wonderin if i should be doin more dry brushin or h20 brushin..i jus got da choppa bout 3 weeks ago so i'm still w/ da softy..any suggestions? ------------- *Stacks on deck rubbabands caint hold dem* |

do that H20 meth ...and waves take time so just stick wit it  -------------  ~ROCKSTAR~
