seems to have a very good ebay rating 98% they must be kosher

There are lots of good extension sellers on Ebay. Don't let the price fool you. Give them a try!

have you tried Sampook ? I bought 2 bundles of her best quality hand weft and they turned out to be amazing quality. She has great rating on Ebay too

I'm not so sure about these clip ins for $9.99.  It depends on what you want them for.  Be aware, they will not be remy, will have a coating to prevent tangling and it WILL wear off.  You may only get one or two washes out of them.  Ofcourse, I haven't ordered them, but that is my best guess.  Typically, you get what you pay for.
