This is my wifes current hair cut, she said back in August she would go shorter for this summer, but I cant seem to get any picks of acceptable shorter styles. She really likes having longer hair on the sides, but as you can see in the photos, she had it hiked up in the back. I personally LOVE her style now, but I would love to see some long bangs (she calls them bitch bangs) and the lenght on the sides gone, but im not sure if it would look good or not. So the two questions at hand are: 1 - does anyone have any picks of this elusive style that is shorter on the sides but the length stays longer on the top (kinda like Keira Knightely hair in Domino - but she looks good with any hair style) and 2 - Would my wifes hair being cut shorter on the sides look odd on her or just take some time getting used to? PICKS, Picks would be great, She loves to see the styles.
Any way, here is the pick she took to get her current cut...

Well, I think the one with the little red scorpion is plausable, the last one you could roast marshmellows at a campfire on, and she would ask me how much I had had to drink before showing her that one. I think she is looking for something more like Rihanna, she is not a BIG hair girl.

| Hawg, I actually talked my wife into getting that exact cut, the buzz cut with choppy bangs, a couple of years ago. She took that exact picture to a mall stylist to show her what she wanted, the long haired stylist looked at the picture and actually looked disgusted, and told her no, I don't want you to cut your hair like that, and proceeded to just give her a trim. We were both ticked off, me especially, she hasn't agreed to go that short since. |

Bummer. Don't you hate it when that happens? I wish I could convince my wife to go for something like that. Would have to go to someone you know will cut hair very short. ------------- HAWG |
