I have been coloring my own hair for along time now and was happier with my colors than I was with salon doing except for the $300k which I can no longer afford.

That being said the last time I lightened, I was too yellow.  I would add streaks of redken shades and it worked for me.  However now I decided to take it down a level as I was a multi-level and tone.  The yellow had to go tho.  The gal who cut my hair said she could tone it for me real cheap with the redken shades.  I didn't realize but much of the back was 12N or close to it she said.  The front I had just done as a test for myself of 8gw redken.  Unfortunately I have that real white skin that EVERY colorist wants to make strawberry blonde or red which I HATE.  Fast forward a day or so.  I touched up the roots but was in a hurry and only brought them to gold (she said) looked orange to me.  anyway, she put on a mix of 9NB, 9N, and some gold.  My hair took in like 3 minutes and is a little darker (looks like a 7 or 8) than I would have liked But I can live with that.  My problem is it is too ashy and the front where i had used topaz is a bit brassy.  Is there anything I can do for a quick fix just to warm it up a bit?  (I know how to fix the brassy part in front, it is the rest i am thinking about!

Thank you!!
