Right now I have a dark brown permanent color on it. I am tired of roots and was thinking of highlighting at home, but the kit says not to use if hair is colored with permanent color. If I went to a professional I wouldn`t know what to ask for. I have a fair complexion and blue eyes. I was blonde as a child. I am open to letting the grey come out, but my new husband would cry if I cut my hair. Any suggestions? Thanks... Replies:
