Do any of you use an exercise routine as part of your hair regimen or just for overall health? I am doing Taebo. Billy Blanks starts right when you hit play and the video's duration time is 48 minutes...I can only last 20 minutes because it's very intense lol. I also get on the treadmill at home like every other day. It really helps me stay active, healthy and full of energy.

Yes I work out regularly for my health. Also, in hopes of it contributing to my hair.
 
I do yoga and cardio...I love doing the  boat rowing machine for about 5 minutes. It works the whole body, abs, arms, and legs.

I work out for my health & because it can be fun, it keeps me active, full of energy, & help relieves stress

Yes I have started to increase my physical activity for health and vanity reasons lol....I think that the increased blood flow will help my scalp and increase growth...and I noticed that if I wash my face before and after working out my skin remains smooth.

I have a few aerobics tapes, Yoga Booty Ballet and the some recorded shows from Fittv, They have been great.
 
My neighborhood is full of hills and since the weather is nice, I plan on using the outdoors as my workout at least once or twice a week. The rest of the week I will be at the gym or using my videos.

I have been working out now for about 2 months and I have to say it does give me more energy I'm not as tired when I get off work. I am small frame so I mostly excerise to tone up and for the energy booster
