This topic may have come up other places, but I don`t remember reading about it. What does everyone think of doing the CO wash? Does this really work well? From what I`ve read surfactants in the conditioner actually clean the hair. Is that true? I`m interested in trying this since I`m growing my hair out. Anything that will help keep it healthy sounds good to me. I just wanted to get some opinions on this method.

Thanks.
Becky

Hi Becky I just use conditioner on my hair and it does wonders. I just started doing this about a month ago and it has really helped the texture and also the shine. I hope this helps.

I love the conditioner only. I have curly hair and it has cut down on the frizz and the dryness. You should see if a bookstore has the book Curly Girl by Lorraine Massey. It explains it. Or check out this site http://www.angelfire.com/empire/long_hair_community/LJ.html - http://www.angelfire.com/empire/long_hair_community/LJ.html I don`t use as much condtioner as she recommends, but my hair is different than hers.
