Apply it to your scalp generously and leave on for an hour or so. This works for me. IF you have dandruff really bad you will probaly have to break down and use Head and Shoulders or Neutrogena has one (forgot the name). I occassionally have the problem and I try the conditioner first then I go to the shampoo if necessary. ------------- threejobs!
