I just wanted some opinions on what haircuts/colors/styles would be most flattering on me. My hair is currently several inches below my shoulder, an awkward length.  I'm currently growing it out (it's a bit longer than in the pic now) but honestly tempted to just cut it into a bob of sorts.  My face is a bit thin right now, which gives it the illusion of being too long.  I think I look my best with either really long or shoulder length hair; this just isn't doing it for me.  I also have really hard to style hair.  It's medium textured and naturally somewhat wavy, and I have a major issue both with dryness and oiliness.

 

I'm open to any suggestions on either long or short styles that would suit :)
