I have a problem with humidity and the hair on my head. And since I live in Florida, it`s year-round problem practically. My hair gets frizzy, and begins to curl (I straighten it every morining.) If anyone has tried FX Smooth Effect anti-frizz "high humidity-proof" product, I would love to know how it worked for you. I`m looking for a product to control frizz AND the curling, that`s a cream rather than a hairspray that makes my hair sticky and crunchy. If anyone has suggestions for any other products to use, please let me know! Thanks a bunch!

Hello there Brennaty! Is the product you`re referring to pink? I once tried something with a similar name and it greased me up something fierce. I understand your humdity troubles (I live in Michigan--at least it gets cold here for half the year) and I have tried dozens and dozens of gels. About a month ago I stumbled upon a WONderful gel by Tresemme. It called European Slick Melting gel and costs $3. I absolutely love it. My hair is naturally frizzy/wavy and I straighten with a dryer. Usually when I go outside it puffs up again in the moisture...until I tried this stuff. Seriously, my hair stays smooth and completely frizzless even when it`s ultra-sticky. Now I don`t know if it would work for you but it`s just peachy on my hair. Hope this helps!

I immensely enjoy GOT 2 B Smoothed Over Straightening Creme.
It smells good, and works well on my hair after i blow dry.
I got it for 5.00, Canadian. Since you`re American, it`s prolly like 2 cents there.
